EASY INTRODUCTION

It is recommended to start with tampons that have a low absorption level. o.b.® tampons (Mini or Normal) can be used without the risk of damaging the hymen.

1. Wash your hands. Twist the ends of the wrapper and remove it.

2. Pull the retrieval cord. Insert the tampon by pushing it into the vagina, first upwards and then diagonally towards the back. If you feel resistance, slightly adjust the direction of the tampon or your body position.

3. When the tampon is correctly positioned, you should not feel it. If you continue to feel the tampon, insert it deeper. The retrieval cord should remain outside after inserting the tampon. Wash your hands.

Easy Removal

1. Wash your hands. Pull the retrieval cord.

2. If the tampon is difficult to remove, it may not be fully saturated. It is recommended to use a tampon with a lower absorption level next time.

3. If you cannot find the retrieval cord, squat down, gently tense your pelvic muscles, and try to remove the tampon with two fingers.

4. If you are unable to remove the tampon yourself, consult a gynecologist.
